The candidate is never in the dark.
GPS is only ever collected through the browser's own permission prompt — it cannot be forced, and we don't try. The notice states plainly what is recorded when the page opens and what consent covers, with the GDPR and LGPD basis for each.
That's the point: a record a candidate agreed to is worth something. A covert one isn't.
Location Data Collection Consent
Recorded on open — your IP address, the approximate city derived from it, your browser identification, and the time. Basis: legitimate interest.
Your consent covers — your GPS location, only if you allow it in your browser prompt, and the record of your consent. Basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); LGPD Art. 7, I.
You may withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.

Every link records the IP, its approximate location and network, and the visitor's device and browser characteristics. GPS is the only thing that needs the visitor to say yes.
